We use body composition analysis using Karada scanner to show your bone density, muscle mass and fat content. The body parts - legs, arms, abdomen are also analysed separately to assess various options for fitness. The social and mental wellbeing is judged based on a questionnaire covering the issues linked to them. We provide the services directly at clients location in Ahmedabad only. For other cities we do the assessment online and provide consulting through this zoom session.
